Ryan Ballard

Ryan Ballard has spent his career since graduating from Rutgers Law School in 2012 dedicated to civil litigation. Ryan is a procedural whiz, ensuring that his clients’ cases are moved through the litigation process with efficiency, while meeting every deadline with a well thought out and executed game plan. Ryan is well versed in real property disputes, breach of contract cases, and tort claims. Ryan excels at appellate work thanks to a combination of his skillful brief writing and ability to persuade, as well as his ability to distill large amounts of information and explain it in a straightforward, understandable way.

Ryan learned early on in his career how important it is to keep clients updated on their cases. He endeavors to provide prompt updates to clients without them having to wonder what is happening with their case and to be responsive to emails and calls from clients. Ryan recognizes that litigation can be heart wrenching, frustrating, and difficult, therefore he takes the time to explain the process before, during, and after starting a new case, to help soothe clients’ worries.
